All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Upon receipt of your order confirmation email you will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
Free Shipping is included on orders over $99 before taxes and shipping. For orders under that mark, there will be a flat rate shipping fee of 15$ at the checkout page.
Certain rural areas and large bulky items may involve additional shipping fees. You will be contacted by our support team within 24 hours on business days to inform you of the additional charges. No fees will be billed to you without your permission. We will contact you to get approbation or cancellation of the order.

In-store pick-up
You can avoid shipping charges with free local pickup in Gatineau. Once you've placed your order and selected in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. We'll send you an email with instructions when your order is ready.
