Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges and returns are valid within 30 days of purchase. Parts must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Regular-priced items are refundable only. All sale and promotional items are final sales. Electrical parts are non-refundable.

All you have to do is send us an email at info@aventureprosport.ca and tell us the reason for the return and your order number. We'll send you a printable pre-paid return label, which you can stick on the box and return to your nearest post office. 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at info@aventureprosport.ca Some products must be sent directly to the manufacturer to apply their warranty. Shipping charges may apply

If the size doesn't fit within 30 days, simply contact us to mention that the item you ordered doesn't fit for your order and we'll send you a Pre-Paid return label that you'll have to stick on the box.

simply place a new order with the desired product For the right size you want, to ensure it's availability and to reduce the chance of a mistaken shipment on our side.

The cost of using the Pre-Paid return label will be 7$ plus taxes deducted from your refund once we receive the item.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.
