All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Free shipping is available on orders over $99 before taxes and shipping. For orders under $99, a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 will be applied at checkout.
Please note that remote areas, beyond destinations, and PO Box addresses may be subject to a $25 flat-rate shipping fee. This fee helps cover additional carrier charges for deliveries outside regular service areas.
Certain rural areas and large or bulky items may require additional shipping fees. If additional charges apply, our support team will contact you within 24 business hours to inform you of the extra cost. No additional fees will be charged without your approval. You will have the option to approve the extra shipping charges or cancel the order.

Local Pickup
You can avoid shipping charges with free local pickup in Gatineau. Once you have placed your order and selected local pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. We will send you an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.
